1 General Terms

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The beg taka welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

• Weekly beg taka Deposit Gift: 50% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. This bonus can be claimed once per week by making a deposit on any working day.
• beg taka Slots Festival: 75% deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200. This special bonus is activated only when depositing for slot games and can be claimed once per month.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If fraudulent tactics are used to meet bonus requirements, or if an attempt is made to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, beg taka reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Any attempt to complete wagering through coordinated group betting or artificially may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event or game is cancelled due to a technical error. beg taka is not responsible for bets placed by mistake. Users bear the responsibility of verifying all details before confirming a bet.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains unresolved due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, beg taka will make a decision based on the circumstances. In such cases, beg taka's decision is final.

5.3 Fair Use Policy

Any attempt to manipulate the system through automated bots, specialised software, or any other method is strictly prohibited. Winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error in any game will be voided and action will be taken against the relevant account.

5.4 Multiple Accounts and Coordinated Betting

Using multiple accounts belonging to the same person, or placing bets in a coordinated manner as a group, is completely prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related accounts will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The beg taka VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly losses minus total winnings. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on active participation and regular use of the platform. beg taka reserves the right to change VIP criteria and will notify members of any changes.

7 Personal Data Privacy

beg taka collects, uses, and stores users' personal data securely and transparently. Personal data is not sold to any third party. Data is used solely for operating the service, identity verification, and fraud prevention.

10 Limitation of Liability

beg taka does not guarantee any financial compensation for betting outcomes, wins or losses, or the result of any game. beg taka's liability for any errors related to third-party technology (game software, payment gateways) is limited.

These terms are written in Bengali. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version will prevail in case of dispute.
